Your account details (name, email — handled by our sign-in provider, Clerk), the documents your team uploads, the questions you ask, and the answers generated. Basic technical logs (IP address, timestamps) are kept for security and abuse prevention.
Documents are stored on our servers and processed by an AI model solely to answer your team's questions. We never use your documents or questions to train AI models, and we never sell your data. Documents are only visible to members of your team.
Data is stored encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Nightly backups are kept for 14 days, then deleted. You can delete documents and workspaces yourself at any time; deleted documents are removed immediately and leave backups within 14 days. To delete your whole account, contact us and we'll do it within 7 days.
We use only the session cookies required to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
