Gryffos lets your team upload documents and ask questions answered with citations. The service is in early access: it works and we take it seriously, but features may change and occasional interruptions can happen. AI-generated answers can be wrong — citations exist so you can verify against the source, and you remain responsible for decisions made from them.
Documents you upload remain yours. You grant us only the rights needed to store and process them to provide the service. Don't upload content that is illegal or that you have no right to use.
The Free plan is described on the pricing page. The Team plan is billed per team, monthly or yearly; during early access payment is arranged directly (bank transfer / PromptPay / card) and a receipt is issued for every payment. Cancel anytime: your team returns to the free tier at the end of the paid period and keeps its data within free-tier limits. Paid periods already started are not refunded.
“Unlimited questions” on the Team plan means normal human team usage — not automated scraping, resale, or load testing. We may throttle or contact you if usage threatens the service for others.
The service is provided “as is” during early access. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
